Technology/Project Assessment
Craig provides an independent, experienced perspective on systems, projects and plans. Craig is comfortable interacting with all levels of management and staff. He will investigate expectations, infrastructures, technologies, data, models, methods, relationships, operations and organizations as part of his assessment of iT vulnerabilities and their mitigation.
Craig believes most risks are in scope due to mismatched expectations, change control due to missing discipline or issues resolution due to inaction and will focus his work accordingly. He will also look for weakness in other areas. Craig is a certified Project Management Professional, a Certified Business Continuity Professional, an inactive Professional Engineer and a retired senior executive.
Craig can help identify and size up the risks that confront planning and execution, leading to quicker, cheaper delivery of business results. He will present the truth as he sees it simply, diplomatically and completely.
